Key Rules and Draw Mechanics
To preserve geographic diversity and competitive fairness, FIFA has established the following draw constraints:
How the Draw Will Be Conducted
The draw will follow a sequential pot order:

Pot 1 teams will be drawn first and assigned to groups A through H.

Pot 2, Pot 3, and then Pot 4 will follow, each filling the remaining spots, while respecting all draw constraints.
Group Positions:
In Groups A and B, the final team from Pot 4 (Inter Miami and Seattle Sounders) will be automatically placed in position 4 of their respective groups.
For Groups C to H, the draw will also determine the club’s position within the group (1 to 4), which will then decide the order in which group-stage matches are played.
